Order Process and Time Frame
Most of our products are digital direct-to-garment printed products. What that means is, when you place the order for these items, the item is then printed/created for you 1 at a time on a on-demand basis. We do not carry most direct to garment stock in house. We will print your products as the stock becomes available from our wholesalers.
This process allows us to provide you with a vast amount of products and culturally relevant concepts on a consistent basis. Most orders ship out between 5-7 business days. Some products can take up to 15 business days to ship out. We are closed on the weekends and holidays, so keep this in mind in factoring in potential order time frames. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective for 14 days from the date you received it. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 14 days from the date you received it. We will also accept merchandise that was not to your liking or did not fit providing it is received within 14 days from the date you received it.
* All returns are for store credit only. We do not issue refunds.
* We do not pay for return postage for items returned back to us unless we sent you the wrong item or it was damaged.
